Sheboygan Area School District qualifies for the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) of the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs for the 2024-25 school year. This means that all enrolled students can receive breakfast and lunch at no charge.
Your child(ren) will be able to participate in these meal programs without having to pay a fee or submit a free/reduced meal application.
Food Allergies & Special Dietary Needs
If your child has a food allergy or condition that affects his/her food intake and he/she plans to eat school meals, please print off the “Special Dietary Request Form” below and have it completed by a licensed medical practitioner, to request substitute foods/beverages. Please send the completed forms to our school office.
Free and Reduced School Meals
Although all students are eligible for free meals for the 2024-25 school year, completing the Free/Reduced Application and Sharing Information Form may also confirm eligibility for other reduced fees programs. Updated forms for the 2024-25 School year will be posted in August.
