Welcome from Mrs. Beine, Our Principal

Welcome to Lake Country Academy, where your child's academic journey and personal growth begins. I am thrilled to invite you to explore our learning environment at LCA. We believe in nurturing not just intellect, but also character, through our three pillars of Direct Instruction, Core Knowledge, and Core Virtues.

Our teaching staff is committed to providing a supportive environment where students are encouraged to learn, inquire, and grow. With our rigorous curriculum enriched by traditional teaching methods and technology, we empower our students to become critical thinkers, effective communicators, and lifelong learners.

Beyond academics, Lake Country Academy fosters a culture of inclusivity and respect, where every voice is valued. Through a wide array of extracurricular activities and community-building opportunities, we inspire our students to become active contributors to the world and compassionate citizens.

I have always valued working with children and helping them learn. I knew from an early age that I wanted to work in a school, just as my mom and grandma had, so that passion led me to get my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary/Middle Education at UW-Whitewater. After being in the classroom and working with teachers, I pursued and completed my master’s degree in Educational Administration at Concordia University.

Lake Country Academy is a special place for me, personally, as I have grown professionally here for over 20 years from being a classroom teacher to instructional coach to assistant principal, and now principal. My husband and I have also chosen this school for our three children. You, too, may find LCA to be a great fit for your family as well!
